ALPACA GIFT SHOP

Terry has been in the jewelry industry for 31 years. He started his career at 17 years of age as an apprentice to a Spanish jeweler. He has had his own store in western New York for the past 17 years. His entrepreneurial spirit is what has made him a success in the jewelry industry. Terry enjoys the creative side of jewelry craftsmanship, but he has always been a country boy at heart. When he decided to look for some animals to have at home he was lucky enough to discover alpacas. The alpacas fit perfectly, and he now owns a breeding farm in conjunction with his jewelry business. This combination gave rise to his new collection of alpaca jewelry. His love of both the creative side to designing jewelry and his love of these wonderful animals inspired Terry's first line of alpaca jewelry.

All the pieces in this collection are custom designed by Terry himself. The pieces were first hand carved and formed in wax. The wax models were cast in in-house at Custom Creations of Olean, Inc. and molds were made. The molds are used to produce wax replicas of the original TK design. Using a technique called "lost wax casting", identical copies of the original can be made in any of the fine metals: yellow gold, white gold, platinum, or sterling silver.
